Licensing and permissions

• Presenter confirms:

  • Right to use all figures, datasets, and videos
  • No confidential or restricted material
  • Publication license

• Presentation should be published under non-commercial license: (-) CC BY-NC 4.0 (recommended), or (-) CC BY-NC-ND 4.0

• We might publish the presentation on streaming channels (YouTube), only with your consent

Selection criteria

Proposals are evaluated based on:

• Relevance to geospatial engineering and applied workflows
• Quality and originality of the presentation
• Practical relevance for industry

Submission & review process

1. Proposal submission via email / form
2. Editorial review by GEA
3. Confirmation within 2 weeks
4. Scheduling & technical check
5. Presentation and recording
6. Publication on GEA website
